I helped John edit the draft and I’m embarrassed to say I missed the USC error…unforgiveable for a Davis College graduate! Thanks for catching it. Also a great point about the turnover…we mention the turnover at the leadership level but not the director level. Thanks for your input!

Under major issues on page two, shouldn’t the second bullet read …USC’s School of Library and Information Science not Information Services?

Under major issues don’t we want to add something about the unprecedented turnover of library directors in SC? Maybe as part of bullet #2.
